    Replenishment according to pH measurement (glass electrode pH meter)
    It is necessary to maintain the PH value at the opening concentration, and add nitric acid (67% content) with the mixed solution of HK-203 acid and nitric acid, which is 1/3 of the HK-203 supplementary amount.

    Wash

    Trivalent chromium passivation treatment
    The material of the basket, the net and the strength of the stirring will affect the tone of the chromium passivation film, please pay attention. If there is metal workpiece falling off in the passivation liquid, it may cause the increase of zinc, iron and other components, and the chemical liquid may become waste, so it is necessary to pick up the falling metal workpiece.
    Drying
    Drying conditions have an impact on corrosion resistance and discoloration of the film after time. Drying is recommend at 80 degrees for more than 10 minutes.
    When the articles with water marks just finished are dried at high temperature, the corrosion resistance will be low, and the corrosion resistance after drying must be avoided.
